The Center for the Arts is proud to present Across Latitudes: Pursuing Light and Color Around the World, a photography exhibition by Eric Lindberg. An artist reception will be held on Thursday, November 13 from 5–7pm in the Granucci Gallery, and the show is on display from November 14, 2025 through January 9, 2026.
Eric Lindberg is a travel and assignment photographer as well as a writer who journeys to both familiar and remote corners of the world in search of the exotic, the exquisite, and the unexpected. His work captures the spirit and diversity of people, cultures, and landscapes across all seven continents, revealing moments of humanity and beauty in every frame.
Named the 2024 Travel Photographer of the Year by the Society of American Travel Writers (SATW), Lindberg is a three-time recipient of this prestigious title and has placed among the top three photographers in the competition for eleven of the last fourteen years.
Covering subjects ranging from foreign rail journeys and wilderness river expeditions to American road trips and urban cultural hotspots, Eric specializes in travel, editorial, and destination photography. His award-winning photos and stories have been featured in magazines, books, calendars, newspapers, tourism websites, and promotional travel publications nationwide and overseas.
An accomplished writer as well as photographer, Eric has been widely published across North America. As with his photos, Eric’s stories go beneath the surface of a place, looking deeper into the soul of a culture, its people, and the authentic travel experiences found in that destination.
Across Latitudes: Pursuing Light And Color Around The World showcases Lindberg’s vibrant exploration of light, color, and culture, transporting visitors from the heart of Grass Valley to far-flung destinations across the globe.
