GRASS VALLEY, Calif. March 20, 2019 – Families and students are invited to learn more about Bitney Prep High School during an information night taking place on March 27 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. During this orientation, families will hear more about internships, the “Big Picture Learning” program, free classes at Sierra College, and other educational opportunities available to students at Bitney. The school, which serves grades 9-12, is centrally located in the heart of the community.
“Bitney Prep is a school for students who want their education to be relevant and grounded in more than just sitting in a classroom,” said Acting Executive Director, Daniel Elkin. “Our unique program promotes real-world learning, community involvement, and social activism in a small school environment.”
