October 18, 2018 – In addition to prior endorsements by several past and present local and county officials and elected representatives, Shannan Moon’s campaign for Sheriff announced the endorsements of additional community leaders today.
Current City Councilmember, and former Mayor, Jason Fouyer has endorsed Shannan Moon for Sheriff-Coroner-Public Administrator of Nevada County. “As her years of dedicated service show, Shannan is clearly the most qualified candidate. Her experience, along with her infallible character, has earned her my trust, vote, and personal endorsement.”
Two-time former Grass Valley Mayor Mark Johnson also endorsed today, saying, “Shannan has the temperament, skills, and experience to be a top-notch Sheriff.”
Shannan Moon is also endorsed by both current Grass Valley City Councilmembers and former mayors, Lisa Swarthout, and Jan Arbuckle, and current Mayor Howard Levine.
