November 9, 2025 at 7:00 AM As expressed in the original press release dated 11/08/2025, Grass Valley Police Department detectives were called to investigate the discovery of a deceased Caucasian male adult in Condon Park; 660 Mini Street, Grass Valley.
Detectives worked at the scene throughout the day, with assistance from the FBI-Sacramento Evidence Collection Team, the Nevada County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue (SAR) Evidence Team, and the Nevada County District Attorney’s Office. Multiple pieces of evidence were discovered, and this case is now being investigated as a homicide.
This is an active and ongoing investigation and due to the circumstances, no additional information is being released at this time.
The victim was transferred to the custody of the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office of the Coroner. Next of kin notification is still pending.
No arrests have been made in this case. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Grass Valley Police.
