Day Two at the 2025 Nevada County Fair and we took a walk through the exhibit halls.
New beats just dropped! Back at the Gold Country Flywheelers area, the pumps were chugging along, expertly tended by members of the association.
Walking towards Gate 5, at the Nevada County Elections Office people were busy voting – for their favorite Fair animal. Stop by their booth and cast your ballot. Results are posted every morning on the Elections Office’s Facebook page.
Treat Street was doing brisk business, as always. The local non-profits staffing these booths with their volunteers reinvest all the proceeds into their missions. Pine trees and shade cloths provided shade to enjoy lunch and rest up for the next part of the walk.
Meanwhile, the kids were busy tending to their animals and the demonstrations in the arenas just keep coming.
Today, Friday, don’t miss the Master Gardeners talks at the Family Farm, watch the Squashmobile races at noon, join the Lunch Time Bubble Dance Party at 1 pm, or listen to bands performing on the Pine Tree stage or the Michelob Ultra stage later in the afternoon and evening.
