We had a great crowd for Beatle Mania and now it’s time to gather for “Fleetwood Fever at the Foundry”! Be sure to add our next event to your calendars and join us on Wednesday, August 27th for the next Foundry Sings at the Miners Foundry, 325 Spring Street, Nevada City!

We will be transported by Fleetwood Mac songs performed on tours beginning in 1968 to 2018-19. The line up changed over the years, with two original members, Mick Fleetwood and John McVie, and the 1974 addition of Stevie Nicks still singing together and solo.

Doors at the Foundry open at 5:30, singing begins at 6 with our musical director, Rod Baggett, leading us. Additional musicians include Jonathan Meredith, Tim Yamauchi, Heather Grove and Robbie Merchant. The bar will be operating and entry to the Stone Hall for the singalong is a steal for $10 at the door or purchase ahead of time through Eventbrite! Song lyrics sheets will be provided. Rod is busy narrowing down the song list and Kathy Dotson, our talented local artist, has created a terrific poster.

The Foundry Sings “Fleetwood Fever at the Foundry”

Foundry Sings began in 2018, closed when the world shut down and started again in 2021. There are no talent requirements, simply a time to turn off the rest of the noise, meet new people and reconnect with old friends.

As recent changes at the Foundry have occurred and we are now under Nevada City’s umbrella, we are honored by their continuing belief in Foundry Sings as an important and unique city event. We will continue to grow with your support and involvement. So bring your neighbors, friends and family for Fleetwood Fever. The emphasis is always on fun and spending time with our amazing and friendly community. We guarantee that gathering to sing will lift your spirits!
