The southern California fires continue to burn and the staggering amount of homes destroyed keeps climbing, as does the number of confirmed fatalities. Our area thankfully is not in fire season yet. However, the devastation has prompted a lot of questions and concerns for the community.

There is no magic wand, but talking about the available resources and sharing some ideas among neighborhoods sounds good. Getting issues in the open without acrimony and sharing what works for your neighborhood can be beneficial to the whole community. There will be no agencies or local government on a panel, it’ll be a community discussion.
