PENN VALLEY, CA — Rockin’ the Gateway continues its 2026 season with Journey Revisited on August 1, bringing the sound of arena rock to Western Gateway Park. Fans of the legendary band Journey won’t want to miss this electrifying live performance. Founded in 2011, the California-based band has built its reputation on recreating the iconic sound of the album-oriented rock era, note for note, without pre-recorded backing tracks or digital vocal enhancements.

The band covers all the fan favorites, from Don’t Stop Believin’ and Wheel in the Sky to Any Way You Want It and Lights, among many more. What sets Journey Revisited apart is the sheer energy and passion the musicians bring to every show, pouring their hearts into each performance and delivering an experience that stays with the audience long after the last note fades.
As with every Rockin’ the Gateway concert, children under 18 are free and leashed dogs are welcome. Guests may BYOB — spirits included — and bring a picnic or enjoy offerings from on-site food vendors. The show starts at 7:30 p.m., after the sun dips below the horizon, so all seating is in the shade. Bring a blanket or chair, and get ready to party.
Tickets are $25 at RockinTheGateway.com or $30 (cash only) at the door.
