GRASS VALLEY, Calif. June 28, 2017 – The Nevada Irrigation District (NID) Board of directors meets today for their regularly scheduled meeting (agenda). Two items of particular interest to the public:
Video Production for Board Meetings: Direct Staff to begin live streaming and video archiving District Board Meetings, and adopt Resolution 2017-17 modifying District policy #1060 Records Retention and #5060 Minutes of Board Meetings; as recommended by the Administrative Practices committee

Also on the agenda, in closed session, Public Employee Performance Evaluation – General Manager

What happened to the on-line live streaming at 12:50pm?
The public portion of the meeting was over.
The Person before me talked for over 4 minutes, (13:08-17:15) I talked for 3 1/2 minutes (17:24-21:00). Nick Wilcox tried to cut me off before I was done. The NID Board is biased and tries to restrict the comments of certain people which is discrimination.
Director Miller loses his cool at 1:32.20 and disrespects Director Webber. I think the increased public scrutiny is causing tension on the NID Board. At 1:38.00 Director Webber gets support from the audience, the support she has not gotten from the other NID Boardmembers.
That YubaNet is bringing this low comic opera to the people who are employed and cannot attend it a real service to humanity. Please keep filming and posting.
