  • The City’s Vision Statement.
  • The City’s Values Statements.
  • Community Service Expectations and Views on Existing Service
  • Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats to the City
  • Critical Issues for the City

The workshops are scheduled for Wednesday August 3rd and August 17th from 5:30 to 9:00 PM with separate topics at each meeting. Topic and meeting information to help optimize your time will be sent to those that sign-up in advance of the meetings.

Input from all of the stakeholder group meetings will be shared with the City Council at Special City Council meetings held as Strategic Planning Workshops so that the City Council may include information shared from all stakeholders in their decision-making process toward the creation of a published strategic plan.
