Nevada City, Calif. – Nevada County invites residents to participate in the second community survey for the Resource Resiliency Roadmap, a strategic plan to strengthen local climate resilience by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and preparing for the impacts of a changing climate.
The Nevada County Resource Resiliency Roadmap: Community Survey is open through Monday, May 18.
Survey responses will guide investments, programs, and policies that support a more resilient future for all. Residents are encouraged to share how recent extreme weather events (such as wildfires, severe storms or extreme heat) have shaped their concerns and priorities.
Building on earlier outreach, this next phase of engagement focuses on gathering public input on draft measures and actions that could directly affect daily life across the county.
Community feedback will play a critical role in shaping priorities and ensuring the Roadmap reflects local needs, values and lived experiences.
