The City has been fielding several inquiries about changed road conditions due to the Loma Rica Subdivision improvements. New streets, street names, and addresses have been created and are now considered official.
Notably, due to the continuous roadway alignment, the street name Sutton Way has been utilized as the main extension east/west through the subdivision, which will connect with Brunswick Rd at a new signalized intersection (to be activated Thursday June 19th) on the east side of the development.
The remainder segment of roadway (previously Sutton Way) which connects south from Sutton Way to Idaho Maryland Rd will now be named Centreville Road.
Beginning on Thursday June 19, 2025, the new traffic signal at the intersection of Brunswick Road and the Sutton Way extension for the Loma Rica Ranch Development will be activated and become fully operational. Please observe all traffic laws and use caution as users adapt to the changed traffic control conditions.
