August 9, 2018 – On August 16, 2018 at 11:00 am, a random alphabet draw will be held at the Nevada County Elections Office, 950 Maidu Ave. Suite 210, Nevada City to determine the order that candidates’ names (EC 13112) will appear on the ballot for State Senate, Assembly and local offices.
The Secretary of State shall conduct the randomized alphabet drawing to determine the order in which candidates for federal and state offices will appear on the November ballot.
Random alphabet drawings are open to the public.
