August 5, 2019 – Ride for free on Gold Country Stage on all routes on Wednesday, August 7th, through Sunday, August 11th during the Nevada County Fair. Routes will be operating their normal schedules, days, and times.
Additionally, for folks traveling to the Nevada County Fair, the Grass Valley shuttle bus runs Wednesday through Sunday and departs Church and Neal Streets (at Tri Counties Bank) starting at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday and 9:30 a.m. Thursday through Sunday.
The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes with stops at the Pine Creek and Kmart Shopping Centers and the Tinloy Transit Center.
Nevada County Transit Services has received a Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) air quality grant that provides public transit funding assistance for projects that help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve mobility.
