July 7, 2017 – County of Nevada Transit Services has received a Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) air quality grant that provides public transit funding assistance for projects that help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve mobility. To support this objective Gold Country Stage will provide SYSTEM WIDE FREE FARE DAYS ON ALL ROUTES from 5:50am-8:00pm Thursday 7/13 and Friday 7/14 and on Saturday 7/15 7:30am-5:00pm with free fares for all.
For folks traveling to the California World Fest, the Route 3 Fairgrounds bus stop will be available @ Brighton St. & Mc Courtney Rd. (near Gate 8) the :08 of every hour from 7:08 am through 7:08 pm Thursday & Friday and 8:08 am through 4:08 pm Saturday at the Fairgrounds Stop. ENJOY THE RIDE….ENJOY THE MUSIC VIBE!
