June 1, 2017 – The featured topic of the June 7th CSN Partner meeting will be “Successful Transitions to Adulthood.” Panelists will present information about several local programs.
– Nevada County Behavioral Health, Children’s Department – Hayley Elrod, LMFT and Rob Ferrer, Child Therapists
– Nevada County Superintendent of Schools Office (NCSOS) – Several programs including: Foster Youth Services, Independent Living, Indian Education, THP Plus (Transitional Housing Program Plus) – Melissa Marcum, Program Coordinator
– Nevada Joint Union High School District – Adolescent Family Life Programs – Jolene Hardin, AFLP/Cal-Learn Case Manager
– The Friendship Club and Western Sierra Medical Clinic – Cassie Rodriguez, Development Assistant for TFC and Youth Outreach Coordinator for WSMC
The Building the Network Moment agenda item will be about 2017 Summer Camps and Activities. Loydyne Lane, Advertising & Marketing Director, Parents’ Resource Guide will share information.
The meeting will be Wednesday, June 7, 2017, 3:30-5:00 p.m. in the Gene Albaugh Community Room at the Madelyn Helling Library, 980 Helling Way, in Nevada City.
