Nevada City, CA – On September 20, 2022, Sushi in the Raw will move to a new location at California Organics in Nevada City, CA, 135 Argall Way. The Sushi in the Raw team are thrilled for the opportunity to continue their 20-year-legacy in a larger location with both indoor and outdoor seating.
California Organics is owned by Erik Dutillieul, a long-time Nevada City resident who has worked for more than twenty-five years in the wholesale and retail natural food business.
“We are passing the torch to Erik, our Sushi in the Raw team and Chef Dallon, who has been training for the past four years to carry on our legacy at our new location at California Organics,” said Chef Ru. “We are confident in their ability to keep our quality and consistency and think it’s a win for our incredible community.”
In addition to continuing the existing Sushi in the Raw menu with high-quality fresh fish and vegetarian options, Dutillieul looks forward to offering indoor and outdoor seating, easy parking and new beer and wine options for dinner and to-go sushi and organic favorites from the deli during lunch.
