GRASS VALLEY, Calif. June 4, 2018 – As announced on Friday, the Grass Valley Air Attack Base is now fully open. Today was a training day for the loading crews and the pilots.
Water drops at designated drop areas and over the runway by Tankers 88 and 89, new loading crew members learning the ropes and others refreshing their muscle memory after the winter season made for some great photo opportunities.
