March 28, 2019 – The Police Department is actively investigating a robbery that occurred at 7-11 West on Donner Pass Road. There is no indication that the schools nearby or community are in any danger. The schools nearby were put on a shelter in place order with an abundance of caution. That order has since been lifted.
The Police Department is ensuring that the surrounding areas are safe. The suspect has not been located. Photos of the suspect are attached; he is described as a white male, mid 30s, wearing a black jacket with a gray hoodie.
