Truckee, Calif. February 12, 2019- – The Truckee Library will hold a virtual reality program for kids on Thursday, February 21 at 4pm. The library is located at 10031 Levon Avenue in Truckee, California.
Virtual reality is a 3-dimensional, computer-generated environment created using a headset, hand controllers, and sensors. Kids, teens, and their families are invited to try out the Oculus Rift virtual reality system at the library. The virtual experiences on offer include a visit to outer space, a roller coaster ride, and more.
The Oculus Rift virtual reality experience is recommended for ages 13 and up. No registration is required for this event.
