September 16, 2016 – County of Nevada Transit Services has received a Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) air quality grant that provides public transit funding assistance for projects that help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve mobility.
Gold Country Stage will provide “FREE FARES” on ALL ROUTES and will be operating their normal schedules and times on Thursday 9/22/16, Friday 9/23/16 from 5:50 am – 8:00 pm and on Saturday 9/24/16 from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm with free fares for all.

Gold Country Stage is available for folks traveling to the 2016 “DRAFT HORSE CLASSIC” at the Fairgrounds on Route 3. The Route 3 bus stop will be available at Brighton St. and Mc Courtney Rd. at :08 after the hour from 7:08 am through 7:08 pm Thursday and Friday, and 8:08 am through 4:08 pm Saturday at the Fairgrounds Stop.
