September 28, 2016 – CHP has released a photo of Jeffrey Caldwell, their primary person of interest in yesterday’s car and ATV thefts in the Town of Washington. The photo was taken mid-2012, but it is a fair representation of his current likeness, according to Greg Tassone, Public Information Officer for CHP-Grass Valley Area.
Caldwell has not yet been located. CHP are still asking for assistance from the public in determining his whereabouts. He should still be considered possibly armed, and dangerous. Caldwell is described as approximately 6 feet tall and 290 lbs. He has short-cut dark hair, he is clean-shaven, and is noticeably walleyed/cross-eyed in his right eye. He was last seen wearing light blue pants and a white T-shirt.
