NEVADA CITY, Calif. March 16, 2017 – Do you want to be a lifeguard at the Nevada City Swimming Pool?  Applications are due Friday, March 17th.  Don’t miss out on an amazing opportunity for an exciting summer job.  Lifeguards learn skills in leadership, safety and responsibility all while working outdoors with children and families.

Who can be a lifeguard?  Anyone who is at least 15 years old can be certified by an American Red Cross instructor to become a lifeguard.  Lifeguarding can be a rewarding job for anyone who enjoys being in the water, working outdoors and interacting with children.
