Nevada City, Calif. October 1, 2019 – Individuals and organizations wanting to know more about homelessness initiatives in Nevada County can learn more at this month’s Community Support Network Partner Meeting at Madelyn Helling Library.

Brendan Phillips, Housing Resource Manager for Nevada County Social Services, along with Joe Naake from the Homeless Outreach and Medical Engagement (HOME) Team and Valentina De La Fuente from FREED, will be updating attendees on the County initiatives, the HOME team, a housing program for the chronically homeless, and Brunswick Commons, as well solutions while housing is being built.

The meeting will be Wednesday, October 2, 3:30-5:00 p.m. in the Gene Albaugh Community Room at the Madelyn Helling Library, 980 Helling Way, in Nevada City. Community Support Network meetings are free and open to the public.
