August 6, 2016 – The Gold Country Stage will provide “free fare” shuttle buses to the Nevada County Fair August 10-14, 2016. The free fares are offered on the shuttle buses only.
The Grass Valley shuttle bus runs Wednesday through Sunday and departs Church and Neal Streets (at Tri Counties Bank) starting at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 10th and 9:30 a.m. Thursday, August 11th through Sunday, August 14th and runs every 30 minutes with stops at the Pine Creek, K-Mart Shopping Centers and the Tinloy Transit Center.
The Nevada City shuttle bus runs on Saturday and Sunday only and departs the Eric Rood Government Center at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 13th and Sunday, August 14th and runs every 60 minutes with stops at the National Hotel, across from SPD Market on Zion Street, Fowler Center bus shelter (Nevada City Highway), and Glenbrook Shopping Center parking lot bus shelter (across from Staple’s). The last departure from the Fair is 10:30 p.m. for both shuttles.
