August 3, 2016 – At around 0808 Hours this morning, a local gun shop, Mustang Firearms, on Alta Street in Grass Valley, was burglarized by two, black male adults. The store owner believes around 20 handguns of miscellaneous make and model were stolen.

Using masks and gloves to conceal their identities, the men forced entry into the front door of the business and took the firearms from the display cases.

The suspects spent an abbreviated amount of time in the store and left in an unknown direction. The suspects were driving a newer, gunmetal grey, Nissan “Juke” with paper plates. Attached are four photographs of the suspects and vehicle.

The Nevada County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help identifying these suspects, and retrieving the firearms stolen in this case. Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit at (530) 265-1263.
