Hats off to the county staff for all the hours of crafting decorations, stockpiling candy, spending the weekend and evenings decorating their workplace.
Between the Rood Center, the Library, organizations taking over hallways, there was so much to see.
Right before the ghosts and ghoulies descended on the Rood Center, the staff grabbed some fresh air.
From Candy Land, to Arcade Games via the Olympics, a Zoo and Ocean Adventures there was a lot to take in!
