Nevada County, CA April 12, 2021 – Nevada County Habitat for Humanity is opening a Pre-application period and holding an information meeting in April and all interested applicants are highly encouraged to attend. You’ll learn more about the program, eligibility, and whether Habitat homeownership may be right for you.

Habitat will be opening a Pre-Application period that runs from April 21 through May 5. The Pre-Application is a 2 page form that can be downloaded from the Housing2021 web page above and filled out digitally for email, or printed out and mailed/dropped off at the Habitat offices.
Attending the webinar is highly recommended to ensure correct submittal of pre-application as late or incomplete applications will not be considered. If you cannot attend, a recording of the webinar will be available to watch on April 22nd at the same Housing2021 site listed in paragraph 2.
Habitat Homes are affordable because they are built by volunteers working in partnership with future homeowners.
