April 2, 2018 – The Nevada County Contractors’ Association Political Action Committee, an esteemed political advocacy arm of the Nevada County Contractors’ Association has interviewed both candidates for District Three Supervisor. The goal of the NCCA-PAC is to support candidates who we feel have the best understanding of priorities facing small businesses, the community, and our members.

“It was clear to us after interviewing both candidates, that Dan has the best credentials to continue to represent the people of District Three.” said Keoni Allen, Chair of the NCCA-PAC.

“Dan has great recent experience representing Grass Valley as councilman and mayor. He clearly understands the challenges faced by our small towns and county government as well as the challenges of running a small business.”

We need leaders who understand the issues facing builders and who are willing to make job creation and housing a top priority. We desperately need housing and policies that will help support more housing starts. Dan has proven he can do this. We are excited he has committed to serve again, and we are looking forward to the on-going positive impacts he has on our local government. We are certain that he will continue to do an excellent job as Supervisor for District Three.”
