GRASS VALLEY, Calif. July 12, 2017 – Nevada County Consolidated, Grass Valley and Cal Fire engine crews were called out at 12:52am for a reported structure fire on Carrington Lane in Grass Valley.
Upon arrival of fire crews it was reported that the structure was fully involved with fire and had spread to the wildland. Penn Valley and Ohpir Hill Fire also responded
Crews were quickly able to stop the spread of the fire into the vegetation and their attention was turned to extinguishing what was left of the structure.
Crews finished extinguishing the fire and were released at 5:20am. No injuries were reported to the occupants or fire ground personnel.
