This California family law seminar covers property division, child custody, child and spousal support, in addition to an overview of dissolution of marriage procedures and alternatives to traditional divorce system. The seminar is a general overview of California Family Laws plus legal procedures. Seminar is open to attorneys and the public. Attorneys will receive one hour of MCLE credit.
