James-Phillip V.M. Anderson, Attorney

Mr. Anderson attended schools locally, receiving his degree in Criminal Justice from California State University of Sacramento in 2010, his Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 2014, and was admitted to practice law in California in 2014. During his undergraduate and post-graduate studies, he worked full time running his own successful construction business with a continued emphasis on hard work and dedication to his clients.  Prior to and throughout law school, Mr. Anderson knew he wanted to practice Family Law  because he loves to work with people and finds it very rewarding to help others through difficult times.

  • The different approaches to Divorce: (1) Litigation, (2) Mediation, and (3) Collaborative.
  • The process from filing to commence the proceedings to completing disclosures and settlement.
  • Temporary spousal support and child support.
  • Defining community and separate property.
