NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to a vacancy caused by the failure to elect in which an insufficient number of candidates have filed to run for a board seat, Clear Creek Elementary School District Member Nancy Messier will be ending her term as Trustee of the Clear Creek Elementary School District Board effective December 31, 2024.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that no later than November 5th, 2024, the Governing Board of the Clear Creek Elementary School Board of Education will consider whether to make a provisional appointment to fill the vacancy created by Nancy Messier.

Any legally qualified citizen, 18 year old or older, who lives within the boundaries of the Clear Creek Elementary School District and is a registered voter of Nevada County, Ca. is eligible to apply.

In order to be considered for provisional appointment, interested persons must complete the required Candidate Application which can be acquired at the Clear Creek Elementary School District office at 17700 Mccourtney Rd, Grass Valley, California, 95949. Applications must be submitted no later than noon, Friday, September 27th, 2024.
