NORTH SAN JUAN, Calif. June 15, 2017 – The 122 Annual North San Juan Cherry Festival and Parade begins at 10 am on Saturday June 24, with floats, fire engines, pets, children, and you cheering them down Rt 49 though North San Juan. Come early and stake out your spot. If you want to be in the parade, register at 8:30 A.M., at the fire hall.

After the parade come on down to the NSJ Community Center where Garth Melendez, our own New York celebrity chef presides over the BBQ, with what else? cherry barbecue sauce. Enjoy the music of Tom McDonald and Tony Unger as you munch your cherry cobbler

What? There’s more? Kids games, face painting, a pie eating contest, fabulous raffle! Win an overnight at The Sierra Hotsprings Resort! Browse among the vendors and artists. Fun for the whole family.

At 3 P.M. The parking lot in North San Juan becomes party headquarters for a pig roast and continuous bands playing throughout the evening.

The Cherry Festival is a fund raiser for the non-profit North San Juan Community Center. Admission and parking are free.
