The Nevada Cemetery District is pleased to invite the public to attend the restoration of some monuments in the historic North San Juan Cemetery that were damaged by storms in recent years. The restoration will be conducted as part of the 48th State Tour, an organization which moves around the country restoring cemeteries. The Nevada Cemetery District is delighted that one of its cemeteries was selected this year.

The event will be held on June 29, 2024, from 9 am to 3 pm. The cemetery is located at 27994 Cemetery Alley in North San Juan. The main entrance is at the intersection of School St. and Highway 49. Free parking is available across the street at the Community Center.
Visitors should keep in mind that the Cemetery has a slight slope, sandals are not recommended, and clothing may get dirty.
