GRASS VALLEY, Calif. September 26, 2018 – The Nevada Irrigation District (NID) Board of Directors will conduct a workshop on water rights and area-of-origin water issues at the beginning of its regular meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 26.
Victoria A. Whitney, PE, will present “Water Rights and Area and County of Origin Issues,” tapping her experience as the deputy director of the Division of Water Quality with the State Water Resources Control Board from October 2010 – January 2016 and also as the deputy director for water rights from November 2003 – September 2010.
