YUBA COUNTY, Calif. April 25, 2017 – Yuba County Public Health launched a month-long community survey to solicit feedback from Yuba County residents on the health of the community.

The survey is a component of a larger health assessment conducted by Yuba County in collaboration with a consulting firm to get good and timely data on the health issues and barriers Yuba County faces.  “This assessment will help our organization properly prioritize and plan future programs based on community health needs and will also be available for the community to read upon completion so stakeholders can also use it as a planning tool. We would like this survey to receive feedback from Yuba County Residents from all walks of life and all communities within to be sure no willing voice is left unheard,” said Melissa Fair, a spokesperson for Yuba County Public Health.

The survey is confidential and no personal or identifying data will be published. Only aggregate data will be used in any reports. All residents of Yuba County are encouraged to take the survey at the link below: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/YubaCommunityHealthSurvey
